Ayurveda is a system of living geared towards understanding the “Truth of Life”. What is this “truth”? From an Ayurveda standpoint the truth is the Ayurvedic definition of a healthy person:  “One whose doshas (physiological functions) are in balance, whose appetite is good, whose dhatus (tissue layers) are functioning normally, whose malas (body wastes) are in balance and whose body, mind and senses remain full of bliss (24 hours a day), is called a healthy person.” -Sushruta (220 BC) Using Ayurveda we can move towards our human potential. By discovering this amazing potential of energy within not only are we happier and health but we are able to support the world and everyone in it in evolving to their potential as well.
