Get Real!
Do you want to get a good look at your deepest life lessons (some call this Karma)? Take a look at the life you’ve created. The environment around you provides information about the internal environment of your body. If you look close enough you will detect the lessons for growth that exist within your life.
The relationships you’re in, the cleanliness of your home, the interactions with friends and family and the amount of money you have are all examples of the Universe saying, “Hey, this is what you’re asking for!” or “This is the lesson you’re ready to learn!” Here are some examples:
- Relationship troubles: Time to improve communication, seek counseling or move on.
- Unhappy in job: Time to learn something new, seek out new employment or follow your heart.
- Money issues: Time to investigate new ways to make money, step into your power.
- Bored: Time to start a new hobby, get out more, join a club.
When these challenging and awkward moments cause you discomfort, realize that this is a time to learn and grow. Often times being uncomfortable with a life situation is a direct sign that this is something you need to deal with in order to evolve and move forward happily. Don’t run or avoid the situation. Get real with it!!! Step into the feeling of awkwardness and see what happens. You may be surprised!
HEADS UP YOGIS! For those of you with a spiritual practice it can become easy to turn your attention away from a life challenge and say that God/Universe/Higher Power will take care of it.
Remember, your spiritual practice is the engine that drives your power and decision making in this world. It should not be used to avoid life or stressful situations. How can the Divine Energy work through you if you are stagnated or avoiding life altogether? Plus, the Higher Power may be providing answers to your prayers by communicating through your life challenges.
Remember that you are the Divine Higher Power in physical form. Everything around you is also a physical aspect of the Divine. So be open to investigating the Universe around you in order to gain some insight into how to grow and learn to use your power more effectively.
It is time you get real with you. Step into your power in order to have that conversation, plan that new budget or get out and try something new. You never know where things will lead!
