It was once again witnessing this message come flowing through a person’s astrology chart that guided me to offer you the two, “deepening within”, online courses explained below. While this message has shown up in unique ways depending on the client I’m working with, it’s clear that humanity is being called to step into more presence and learn to lean into their wisdom filled hearts versus their stress filled minds. Reading Excerpt: So there’s a certain level of stoicism that life has required from you for a very long time. And while this has served you in many ways it has also obstructed a deeper level of feeling and fullness that you’re capable of experiencing. You were accidentally taught that the way towards happiness is in the “up and out” doing, managing and organizing of your life. When in actuality, life is more fulfilling when coming from a place of “being”. You can see the success you’ve had, people you’re impacting and the fullness you sometimes feel as a result of all the “doing”. However, it’s still feeling and falling a little short. It’s like you see how much you’ve done “out there” and yet something inside of you still yearns for more. So we need to discuss three things.
1. First, how to go about recognizing and stepping into a truer, deeper level of “fullness” and what that means for you.
2. Second, deal with any old world guilt or subconscious patterning that tells you that you’re wrong for needing or wanting more for yourself and/or the way to happiness is by chasing the societal carrot.
3. Extraordinary giving comes from a place of fullness.
Before going any further I need to make sure I’m being clear about something. No part of this reading is indicating or communicating that you’ve done anything wrong or made any wrong turns or decisions in your past. You must fully accept that you’re right where you need to be, you haven’t lost time or missed anything. And, any tweaking or adjustments you choose to make to your life as a result of this reading can be done within the life you have now. Taking baby steps with any of the remedies I mention in this reading is a good idea. Slow and steady will be the way. BE EASY WITH YOURSELF

C) Any type of physical embodiment or movement. Carve out some private time to dance or move your body in free, fun, open ways. Once started allow your intuition to tell you how your body wants/needs to move. You could also look into taking embodiment classes or dance classes. Another example would be just laying in the grass or a soft carpet. Start by just laying there but then you can slowly roll around with the intention to truly feel a sensations of the body and the ground. -there are many other ways to do this
D) Carving out time just to sit and feel. You could start with just 5 to 10 minutes once or twice a week. Notice how quickly your mind gets involved by wandering into some storyline or drama. Take breaths and continue to bring yourself back to the present moment feelings and sensations in your body.

Unflappable and Untrappable
This is a channeled message from the Angels of the Golden Ray.
Oh how grandiose your desires for life can be! For too long and way too often you sell yourself short thwarting the magnificent potential seeded within you. Understand there’s nothing more the Divine God wants for you than peace, joy, love and happiness. However time and time again your well intentioned, yet absolutely preposterous, thinking-mind quickly steps in the way slowing down or shutting down the magic. The thinking mind’s toolbox: layer upon layer of false beliefs about oneself and the world around you. It would take too long to list all the potential beliefs you accidentally picked up from life. For now, just know that they’re there. Like many have said in the past, over identification with the physical body and the physical world limits you and gets in the way of the peace, love and joy available to you. Now’s the time to fully step into the belief that you’re much more that you know. You don’t have to understand it all or know how you’re going to figure it all out. Just begin to separate from the belief that you’re separate. Meaning, believe that your physical body is truly a vehicle. A vehicle that’s transporting the actual you, which is a limitless spirit. A spirit that is unflappable and untrappable. The light of God lives in you. Keep saying your prayers and helping others. It’s working.
From this understanding we can see more clearly why it may be beneficial for you to do some type of regular spiritual practice that supports this belief in growing within you. Not because the physical body is bad or anything but a gift. But because the more you connect with this truth of your life the more compassion, respect, honor, appreciation, energy and love you gain for yourself, your life and those around you.
