Allowing Is the Grace of the Holy Spirit
- Softening
- Let go and receive as a way to radiate truth
- Trust
- Align with what really interests you
‘Softness’ is a key word here. Softening the mind and body as a way to know truth, find balance and build a better relationship with yourself. You came into this world, this time around, with a huge interest in learning spiritual truth (i.e. understanding the reality behind this physical world), and to fall back into love with yourself. Ultimately, you’re here to see, feel and experience how these two interests are one and the same.
As you step into this next phase of your life, you’re going to want to look at how you can manage yourself, your time and the space around you in order soften, let go and grow. This will be a new way of meeting goals in that you don’t depend on overdoing, overextending, pushing or trying to prove yourself. This is not how you go about your business anymore. No more pushing and proving your way towards fulfillment. It simply doesn’t work this way. You’ll never get there. This is about allowing and trusting. This is about learning, growing and receptivity. Trust that as you learn and grow in this way the next steps or actions will show themselves. You don’t know what’s going to happen next so don’t try to figure it out or make it happen your way. Stop, slow down, breathe and allow more. Allowing is the grace of the Holy Spirit.
There’s a deep part of you driven towards knowing the truth, evolving spiritually and orienting yourself towards right action and grace. One of the key principles to understand is that the truth already exists within you. Life is about further accessing those inner keys. So learn to go within, to fall within thyself in order to access more understanding. The truth you’re looking for can be accessed, bit by bit, by going inward towards the heart.
Supportive Remedies:
1. Ask yourself, what does your heart have to say in this matter? It’s time to get out your journal and have conversations with your heart. Relax your body. Breathe or meditate. Place your hands on your heart and feel the warmth there. Allow your awareness to fall into that space in your chest. Then, have a conversation. Not only will this further your connection to your heart space but will improve your ability to trust what you’re hearing back. Trust is a huge learning for you in this lifetime. Believing in yourself, trusting that you carry wisdom and trusting that you have something profound to say are all being worked on here.
2. Along with the conversations with your heart you’re going to want to consistently practice a few things to keep yourself grounded down and into your body. This will support you in learning how to flow information through your physical vehicle and out into the world. You’re learning to have a deep respect for the vehicle you’re traveling in and you can support and respect this body by adding in more softness.

So the basics, like eating healthy foods and getting good sleep are ways to further respect and balance the body and access what’s there. If needed, consider working with an Ayurvedic practitioner or health coach to make dietary adjustments.
