So glad to be connecting with you again! I’ve some powerful and supportive emotional wellness strategies that I’ve picked up over the last two years and can’t wait to share them with you.

The last 2 years have been special for me and involved teaching children with autism, performing improv every month and my most exciting news…becoming a conscious artist and poet.

A Loving List
One of the strategies I’ve been putting into place to uplift my soul and find emotional balance is making a list of things I love to do and then….DOING THEM!

The Source (God, Divine, etc.) is living through your 5 senses. And trust me…there’s nothing more he wants to experience through us then sensations of love, joy and bliss. So the more we can experience fun, joy, love, bliss etc. the more in the flow we are.

Spend some time this week starting your list. This will be an ongoing process and will power up the rest of your 2017 goals.

Make sure to include little things, (e.g. sitting in your backyard with your favorite cup of tea) and big things, (e.g. massage, travel, etc.) and then begin.

To help get you started take a look at the painting and then read the poem below. This will power up your experience!

it’s time to fully grasp
this isn’t your first rodeo
and that you created this human ride
so your truth would be fully known

your desire was to always know truth
that you are constant love and grace
and that passion created intelligent ripples
which began to collaborate

then out of perfection came human form
as a way to experience that truth
that everything is total love
which in turn means God is you

so now that you know this sacred fact
I think it’s pretty clear
that experiencing what you really are
is the reason why you’re here

so take a moment and think about
the best way to experience you
and since you decided on the five senses
what sensations shall you choose

love, peace and joy
mixed with a little bit of bliss
these would be the favored choices
you’d want your senses to experience

so the simple fact remains
since God and you are the same
experiencing grace, peace and love
is the only rule of your game
