You’re currently in a time period in which you’re transforming stress you picked up while in the womb. During this time, your little soul-body had to deal with stress without having any healthy, defensive options. In other words, you had to just be there, huddling within the womb, feeling it all. Due to this womb experience, you equated stress and the high, excitable, anxious, dramatic energy that comes along with it, to feeling safe, protected and cared for. Now that combined belief system is playing out in your reality. For you, safety and security comes with a certain level of stress and excitable energy.
Now is separation time. It’s time to step back and notice that these two things don’t need to be connected and that you’ve the right to feel safe and secure without the need to blend the stress sitting close by. The number one way to allow this healing to happen is to find balance between, but not together, the excitable stress of life and the time to be nurtured, mothered and loved on. Like a Faraday cage made of love, similar to the womb, create time in your life to enter a calming womb like energy. This can look a lot of different ways. For some it could be creating time to take a warm bubble bath or a do a relaxing meditation. For others, it could be carving out time to sip tea and read a good book or take a hike out in nature. Whatever scene you choose to create, start by being very intentional. Slow down and connect with what you’re doing. This is a well deserved time period where you get to be 100% present to the relaxation. When the mind wanders, lovingly bring it back to the experience you’re gifting yourself. During this time there’s no need to think, troubleshoot or ponder life’s challenges. Just allow your 5 senses to be immersed in the experience. Womb Healing Experience: Find a space that is as dark as possible. Make sure you eat a little food so that you’re not hungry, but not stuffed either. Make your favorite tea or milk based drink (no caffeine and limit the added sugars). Diffuse your favorite essential oil into the air or have vial close by so you can smell as needed. Play some very calm music. Gather your most comfortable blankets and pillows and wear your most comfy clothes. You’re creating a calm scene in a way that all 5 senses are completely nurtured. Then, connect with your intention to create the most nurturing and loving womb-like experience and to bring awareness and healing light to the parts that were impacted while in the womb. Crawl into your blankets and rest. Be open to what thoughts (good or bad), feelings, emotions and sensations come up. Stick with it for 20 minutes or more. No matter what your experience is, always finish with holding your hands on your heart space and breathing into this area. Feel appreciation and gratitude for yourself and how far you’ve come in life. You’re doing so well! Feel free to journal about your experience afterward. Through the routine practice of the actions mentioned above you cultivate the separation process within your psyche. This will naturally begin to clean up how you see and experience life in many ways. Allow it, don’t force it. Just do the practice for a bit and give your vision time to re-calibrate. Over time, you’ll step into a refreshingly new view of yourself, your power, your happiness, your smile and the amazing joy you bring to other people. It’s time to allow in pure, nurturing love as away to clean your lens and outlook as you move into your positive future.
