A message for you from a recent reading...
Reading Themes:
- alone vs. together
- physical action vs. magic (bringing in the light)
- inward vs. outer self
The message is to spend a little extra time experientially playing with the understanding that life is created from the inside out. As you’ve taken great steps to be more up and out in the world don’t forget the importance of your inner quest and the deep understanding that a “great jewel” lies within you, doing what it can, over time, to be seen, felt and heard fully.
So this is a good time to examine your spiritual practices and put extra time and focus on the ones that cause you to spend time diving into your heart space. If you do not have a spiritual practice now’s the time to begin one (see free offering below). Here’s a few more supportive remedies to support this process:
1. Imagine tunneling into a blue, geometrical, cube that exists in the center of your body. Find time to sit in this place and take note. Note how you feel when you’re there and how this energy stems out and creates life from there. Purposely work with this energy to flow into your body and out into life. Be open and trust the process. There’s no right or wrong there.
2. Home: Look at your home space and how great it’s been for you. Give gratitude. Then spend time cleaning, moving, adjusting, clearing out and/or moving in items and artifacts to match the more pristine, fresh, new energy you are stepping into. Get help clearing things out and organizing if needed.
3. Manifest: After meditating on the blue, geometrical space in your body, as mentioned above, spend time journaling (or use a good old vision board) some of your most heart felt desires. This can help bridge the gap between your inner and outer worlds. To review, Spirit is happy that you’ve worked so hard to be more up and out and in the world to the degree you have. Keep it up. Don’t stop that. However, couple that with consistent inward times in order to connect with the deeper voice that lies within you and the reminder that true, deep, authentic joy comes from within. The use of quiet, meditative, inward time can actually paint your life experience. Other, creative interests like painting, poetry, dancing, drawing and coloring may blossom from these practices.
