Wish you knew then what you know now?

Experiences from our past impact us today. A stressful or intense experience that happened many years ago can grip our emotional body, drain our energy and pave the way for all sorts of interesting habits and mannerisms. This often goes undetected until one day we decide we want to make a change and upgrade ourselves to a more balanced and happy state.

In meditation we can go back in time. We can heal the energy that was created in the past therefore improving how we feel now.

Here are the steps:

1. Close your eyes and pray for support during the meditation. Call in any spiritual beings that you would like to be present.

2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

3. Breathe softly or meditate for 3-5 minutes

4. Think back to an emotionally intense memory from your past. See it playing out like a movie. Be there. Use your senses to paint the memory picture as if it was happening now. Watch for a couple minutes or until you feel it’s time to heal.

5. TIME TO HEAL (Choose 1)

a) Replay the situation using the knowledge  and awareness you know now. Step into the memory and act with the maturity, awareness and confidence you have in the present. See how the situation is different. Feel how things flow better for everyone involved.

b) Push pause on the movies and ask the angels and spiritual guides you called in to heal this memory and everyone who is a part of it. See gold and white light flowing into the hearts of each person involved.

c) Step into the memory and interact with the younger version of you. Console, hug, speak to…nurture yourself in this memory any way you see fit. Provide the support you could have used then.

6. Always finish by giving thanks for the healing and slowly (over the course of a minute or two) wake up and open your eyes. Be ready…cause this works and you will notice changes!
