Don’t forget who you are and how far you’ve come. Don’t forget all of the ups and downs you’ve traversed in this lifetime and before. If you were able to compute every experience your soul has ever had you’d be blown away by how well you’re doing. Believe it or not, this is the most evolved, powerful version of you yet. There’s a new found relationship you’re establishing with your past. This process is both beautiful and warranted. The challenging experiences you’ve battled through, in recent years, are wrapping up now. You won’t have to face and integrate those things again, in that way. Your past has molded who you are now and will help you better identify yourself and your relationship to others.

It’s time to dip your toe into the deep end of self. It’s time to uncover and discover more of the real you.You know, inherently, what I’m talking about. It’s time to let go of the parts of you that still drag you down, energetically, and at times, rule your decision making. One way to do this is to avoid over identifying with the pressure to do more or be more to feel worthy and valuable. This subconscious belief is what causes you to get overwhelmed, bogged down in negativity and driven to hide, escape or run away.

It’s possible to live with the consistent desire to face yourself, in order to grow greater self awareness, without the pressure to be more than you are now. Setting a firm foundation in who you are and what you bring to the table, right now, is all that’s needed. From this grounded space you’ll know naturally, without feeling pressured, when it’s time to learn something new or make changes. This time period is all about you becoming ok with the amazing being you are. Using your current knowledge to create a healthy routine will be helpful. Again, you don’t have to learn more, help more, build more or create more due to a pressure to do so. Let that pressure go now. Notice when you feel it, send a few breaths there and then place your awareness elsewhere and move on with your day. What’s worth doing if not from the joy, bliss and love of the spiritual heart?
