The first thing that came up today is a reminder that truly feeling “chill”, calm and collected comes from the inside out. Continue to enjoy your life fully and completely. However, don’t forget the positive impact incorporating consistent self awareness practices, into your daily schedule, can have on your life. Spiritual practices create a sacred foundation, overtime, to better understand the deeper truths of life while at the same time, relieving the body of stress. This is key for you at this time. Seek out spiritual practices that allow your nervous system to relax and for the energetic flow to move through you more gracefully. Intend on feeling the warmth of love surging through your body on a regular basis. Allow loving energy to absorb into areas of rigidity and stagnation. Taking occasional epsom salt baths can help detox old, stagnant and heavy energies from the body. Getting fresh air is important for you as well. Plan to stop throughout the day and center yourself. Take two to three deep breaths before continuing on. 

When you eat and drink stop and check in. Take time to notice how your cells light up with the supportive nutritional energy. If you notice parts of your body are closed down to receiving, make time to open them up by imagining nurturing love and light absorbing into those areas. Spend time in nature. Play with moving slowly through the woods and fields. Feel nature surrounding you. How can you move your body with the wind, sun and sounds? As nature moves and breathes so do you. Move along with it. You are one. You’re learning balance between effort and flow. Notice when it’s time to do and when it’s time to let go and allow. You can do both. You’ve a very genuine and special spiritual heart. This exists first, for your own joy so allow the sensation of love to travel throughout your body. Compassionately honoring and loving self is the best way to learn what percentage of it, at any given moment, you’ve for others. Life is an ebb and flow of giving and receiving and you experience a peaceful happiness when those two forces are in balance. 

Please note that you’re expanding and growing properly. There’s nothing else you’re  supposed to have accomplished or figured out by now. Naturally, without force, life offers you plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, do and enjoy. The greatest lesson is increasing the level of presence you bring to the experiences that arise rather than forcing things to happen or worrying about the future and what you think you’re supposed to accomplish next. It’s certainly ok to have dreams and goals and to, at times, create a plan for success. As you establish your plan and the perceived steps towards success choose to be here now. This moment is it. Through the development of presence we can better enjoy the road of life and effortlessly perceive the adjustments and turns needed at just the right time.
