Healing Womb Work

This is the basic setup. This can be tailored to the needs of the individual. The experiencer should be open to making adjustments to this flow once they’ve done it a couple times and reflected on their experience.  

Set intention

To allow myself into the healing womb of love and light. To receive the ultimate in soft, supporting, nurturing care and warmth without the need to do anything but receive. To gracefully view or feel any blocks I have to receptivity in order for them to be healed, repaired and balanced with the love of God-Spirit. To know fully what it’s like to receive love for nothing in return. 

Steps

  1. Drink warm, spiced milk. Feel the warm milk entering body. Pay close attention.
  2. Create a warm, soft, womb (blankets, pillows, comfortable clothing, etc.) 
  3. Either wear or diffuse a calm, relaxing, loving scent (rose, lavender, frankincense, etc.)
  4. Play calming sounds or soft, loving music-headphones can be a better experience 
  5. Comfortably get into the blankets and cover yourself up so it’s dark.
  6. Open up to your intention and allow without attachment or expectation. 
  7. Set a timer if needed. When finished make time to reflect and journal on your experience.

Supportive Measures

  • It’s helpful to commit to a certain number of these within a short time period. For example, I’m going to do this three times this week. Or, 2x a week for 3 weeks etc. 
  • Be open and curious about this process. This is not about expecting, attaching to outcome or purposely forcing a certain experience to happen. 
  • Be open to this experience fine tuning itself to fit your needs and healing. Anything can happen. 

Optional Experience

At times, towards the middle or end of this Healing Womb experience, you may feel compelled to imagine yourself traveling to and settling into the womb that brought you into this life (or a past life). Once there, omit the healing love and light in any way that feels right until the whole womb space is filled with love and light.
