A Psychic Astrology Message for You

Key Themes:

  • an energetic crossroads
  • grounding into your body and learning to listen to it
  • home is where the heart is
  • it’s not about perfection

You’re in the process of discovering how helpful it can be to ground the nervous system into warm earthiness. Know that there’s a strength and solidarity to you and your constitution. This is a great tool that you have. However, it’s time to let go a little bit. It’s time to slow down and to let the nervous system relax. There’s a part of you that wants to keep running and moving and creating. This isn’t wrong. However, it’s important to note that an aspect of this drive is caused by the subconscious desire to avoid the uncomfortable feelings existing deep within you. Through grounding and resting the nervous system you can begin to cultivate and integrate these uncomfortable feelings allowing them to release the hold they have on your psyche and decision making.

As a person intentionally slows down to go more inward, emotions and feelings, typically hidden behind all of the actions, can come up to the surface and show themselves. Emotional memories and challenging beliefs about oneself begin to be seen, heard and felt. Things can get a little emotional. We want that for you. Your body wants an opportunity to stop, slow down and feel itself. It wants to emote and release. It wants you to know it and listen to it. It wants you to come home to the heart space. It wants to be held. Look at this as time period for increased self respect. A time to build a new and improved connection with oneself. So choose to adjust your routine so you can slow down and allow in more soothing and nurturing energy.

Before reviewing some potential helpful supports know that you carry a healthy “wondering” of the world. That wondering way is another aspect of what drives you to do. This part of you is special and will always exist. You will not lose that. Right now your work is to allow that wondering mentality to be a guide turned inward helping you open up to allowing the hurt, scared or sad parts of you to be recognized, loved, supported, cared for and mothered. Make the time for this.

Here are some remedies to support this process:

  1. Begin a meditation practice-go to heartbasedmeditation.com to learn or choose an app or website to guide you.
  2. Spiritual Counseling/therapy-this is a good time to gain support from an experiences counselor.
  3. Self Soothing Scene-create self soothing time periods. This can include a lot of different things depending on the person. But brainstorm and plan what you find to be the most soothing. Create that experience. For example, taking a warm lavender bath while sipping on tea and listening to relaxing music. Or, wearing your most comfy clothes, lighting some candles and reading a good book. The options are unlimited. Create the scene and fully immerse yourself in it knowing there’s nothing else for you to be doing at that time but relaxing and being nurtured.
  4. Challenge yourself to move at a slower pace. Some examples could be taking a slow walk or moving slower in the kitchen while making lunch. Just slow down and notice more of the moment. -there is a handful of centering techniques I’ve learned over the years. If interested we can schedule a counseling session that focuses on this. Contact me to schedule in.

I’d like to highlight that this slowing down will support you in having a deeper connection with your spiritual heart. It’s your spiritual heart’s turn to lead more often. You don’t have to understand this, plan for this, hope for this or take data to make sure it’s happening. Just know it’s a wonderful benefit and let it go. Here’s one more strategy that can be used to support this process.

5. Place your hand on your heart space (center of your chest): Feel the warmth created between your hand and the center of your chest. Play with the warmth moving outward to surround your hand and then moving inward as if absorbing into your chest. Take some soft breaths into this area of your chest as if massaging it with your gentle inhales. After a few round of breath have an inner conversation with this heart center place. Ask it opened ended questions like, What does it need to feel full or blissful? What does it want to share with you? What open ended advice does it have for your day or week? Trust, listen with playful curiosity and journal. It’s not about perfection. It’s about slowing down and listening.
