5 Methods for Better Emotional-Mental Health
Practicing these methods over the course of this week will be beneficial. Feel free to practice these whenever any emotional-crisis happens.
1. Practice Meditation Daily: Click: FREE MEDITATIONS
2. Get Proper Rest: Early to bed (before 10) and early to rise. Also, take 3-5 minute breaks throughout the day to rest and restore. Practicing alternate nostril breathing can be helpful or, if feeling stuck in the head with non-stop thoughts try the 3 minute process described in this video.

3. Call on the “Problem Solver Divine”: Think about it. The Divine God (Allah, Universe, etc.) is everywhere. The Divine God is everything. Which means, the Divine God is also the ultimate problem solver (cause this is part of being everything). So call on that aspect of the Divine God and ask him/her/it to handle your problems for you. Then…here’s the hard part…let him do his work! Step back, be a little patient and don’t interfere.
4. Journal: This week, journal about what you want to release from life. What are you done with? What can be let go of so you can move on? Then burn it or tear it up and let go of it.
5. Allow me to give back to you: Take advantage of the amazing deals below. Now is the perfect time to get a move on life. Let’s limit the amount of inner dialogue, fear and stress that’s limiting you.
